A tow truck is a vehicle used to move disabled vehicles.
The tow truck has a chain on the back, so it can really be used to move other vehicles. The truck seat the driver and one passenger, sitting on top of the truck. It can not turn, even when it is not towing something. It handles worse when towing a vehicle.
