A pterodactyl is a flying dinosaur.
It shares many qualities with the Pegasus, and is one of the the best ways to fly in the game. It is tame and can be ridden. It can hover, even without a rider. While being ridden, it can be ordered to attack an enemy. And a Pterodactyl holding a bazooka is wicked!!

You can make a pterodactyl hold a bazooka by using the adjective dwarven (only super scribblenauts) and replace the pickaxe with a bazooka!
