An obstruction is something that gets in the way.
An obstruction is a large building designed to completely stop anything in its path. It it similar to a wall, but bigger, taller, and stronger. It restricts the flow of water.
It can't be moved or destroyed by anything less an an epic monster battle. It appears to be weightless, and will not hurt animals if dropped on them.
